Aurélie has been the Director of Autism-Europe (AE) since 2007. Her mission includes the coordination of the network of 90-member associations across 40 countries, and the management of AE advocacy and policy work, liaising with EU decision-makers and other key stakeholders. She supports communication between the local congress organiser and the AE network.
She works on a wide-range of European projects and policy issues to promote a right-based and evidence-based approach to autism. She has co-authored various European reports on good practices in the field of autism as well as policy recommendations.
Prior to joining Autism-Europe, she notably worked at the European commission and the European Disability Forum.
